CitNOW Digital Spotlight Awards Recognize Best Dealer Videos

CitNOW has announced the winners of its annual Digital Spotlight Awards, which recognize automotive companies with the best digital customer communications.

The awards program has been revamped with five new categories this year to recognize the increasingly important role of digital communications in the face of changing consumer behaviors and today’s business challenges.

Video production has accelerated dramatically over the past two years, resulting in a record number of videos produced using CitNOW software.

Jack Howard of Sycamore MINI in Peterborough received the Best Customer Delight Video award for exceeding expectations by creating an engaging video in response to the customer requesting detailed images.

When awarding the best vehicle presentation video, the judges thought that Jessica Richardson of Sytner BMW in Nottingham provided the most comprehensive package with her video, calling it user-friendly, informative and engaging.

Miguel Edie of Mercedes-Benz in Leicester was quick to respond to the boom in demand for used cars by sharing a prospecting video with existing customers to suggest selling or trading in part of their current vehicle. As a result, it won the Most Creative Video award.

By winning Best VHC Video, Nick Giles of Specialists Cars BMW in Tring proved that video can have as much of an impact in the workshop as it does on the forecourt. The judges thought Nick gave a master class on how to share his technical knowledge, explaining why he recommended new tires in a clear and believable manner, with a friendly tone that would have created instant trust with the customer.

Best Diagnostic Video winner, Tom Rush, is only in his second year of apprenticeship at Listers BMW/MINI in Boston – a fact that made the judges even more impressed with his camerawork and skill. benefit.
